Salesman very polite but his visit was very long. However he explained things well. The softener was installed the following week after my order, but the fitter was a bit careless and damaged a plinth which meant I had to wait for that to be repaired. The repair was carried out several weeks after by a very polite carpenter.
The softener itself is very good and I would recommend it to people.

Both salesman and fitter were courteous, on time and were a pleasure to have in my house.
The soft water has made a huge difference to my skin not only in looks but feel. Highly recommend installing a water softener.
We did not realize what an asset our stair lift would be and how much it has improved our standard of living.

Fitters didn’t turn up on day scheduled. No communication or contact so rang them and agreed next day. They turned up next day but then did not have necessary parts so had to return to depot and came back at 8.30pm that night. Said shortage of fitters but should not have scheduled if unable to fulfil or at least rang us.
Cant fault them
We found the delivery very satisfactory the beds are comfortable with a good range of movement.
