Both salesman and fitter were courteous, on time and were a pleasure to have in my house. The soft water has made a huge difference to my skin not only in looks but feel. Highly recommend installing a water softener.

We did not realize what an asset our stair lift would be and how much it has improved our standard of living. I’m not put off having to go upstairs, even for the simplest of reasons now whereas before it was a mammoth task ahead of me. My husband is now recovering from a 2 week stay in hospital and the stairlift has been invaluable in helping him to recover too.

Ask me in one year's time and I will give a more informed review.

Fitters didn’t turn up on day scheduled. No communication or contact so rang them and agreed next day. They turned up next day but then did not have necessary parts so had to return to depot and came back at 8.30pm that night. Said shortage of fitters but should not have scheduled if unable to fulfil or at least rang us.

Cant fault them

We found the delivery very satisfactory the beds are comfortable with a good range of movement.
