The chair that was brought by the firm held the legs much higher than the one they delivered, it makes a loud cracking noise when lifting your legs up also the up button on the remote is quite hard to press.
Needed the srairlift urgently and they went above and beyond to meet this requirement. The fitters were excellent and there was no mess. The workings and functions were fully explained. I would highly recommend.
Even though there was a bank holiday when it was ordered, it was fitted within two days. I was kept informed about delivery/fitting and the engineer rang and told me what time he would be at my home. And he was on time and a very pleasant gentleman. He was smartly dressed and left my premises clean and tidy.
They brought a chair for me to try and there was no obligation to buy. Very pleased with their service. Bought a chair and it has been fantastic.

Really excellent chair. Best bit for me is the lumbar function . All aspects of chair are really good item is really comfortable
Absolutely perfect and professional service from Camelot. Henry and Charlie who I spoke to about ordering the bed are lovely, friendly but very knowledgeable guys (not pushy and persistent like some I’ve dealt with!) The delivery guys Corey and Sean were super efficient too making sure packaging was taken away and also collected my old bed. Super service from everyone involved. I would use them again and definitely would recommend them to anyone whose in need of a bed or rise and recliner chair.
I have only had the product a few days so cannot say whether it meets my expectations. I found the chair hard at first but, hopefully, it will wear in. I was extremely happy that they sent someone with a chair I could try before buying, which was the point at which I decided that was the chair for me, although more expensive than I hoped. Everyone I had contact with was very helpful.
