The only hiccup was details promised by the salesman Warren were not forthcoming as promised and he had to be chased for them. He did however apologise. The installer Simon was brilliant

Installing a Stannah stairlift is the best thing I ever did, not only because it allows me to negotiate the stairs but it allows me to remain in my own house and not have to move.
Stairlift is intermittently faulty. Installers failed to advise me of the problem. Had to phone Bespoke to complain. At the time of writing this review , it has still not been repaired to my satisfaction.
Not at all happy with the service provided. I expect some financial compensation for the very poor service that I have had to put up with.
