Excellent customer service. Stairlift fitted quickly and my mum loves it. Very quiet and easy to use
We have a VERY difficult set of stairs (upper flat conversion c1926) given current building regs. This provider worked very hard to find us a working design that fitted in with these regs. And they were much cheaper than our other quote, and gave us the design we wanted. A few issues along the way, but five stars for their successful efforts, and we would use them again in another house.
Because I refused to listen to his sales pitch he wouldn't measure the stairs so no quote.
