A bit early for this review tbh, as it was only installed a couple of days ago. However, we have already established that the kit appears to be working. It was reassuring to be able to choose the 3 months free trial, with a cost free return of the system if we are not happy. Both Sales Agent (Niall) and Installing plumber (Nick) were professional and friendly, answering all our queries. So far so good...........

There is no desire to provide a cist effective water softener just to maximize profit. IF B&Q can sell them for under 200 then they cost half that wholesale. So the 1400 + fitting cost is pure extortion. If you asked a local plumber to fit one you would be being ripped off if he charged more than £500

excellent servce - some issues with their subcontractor who was due to move the handrail/bannister and kept cancelling.
Quick to reply & answered all questions also questions l didn't think of. He suggested designs which improved the function & appearance. I had l thought some good ideas l wanted & they recommended to change to a cheaper & more attractive option. So overall l am highly delighted & l can't wait for the installation to take place. I wanted a carport because my new car is being pood on & scratched badly on the roof & I will recommend this product to all my family & friends as soon as its completed.
