Installation date given by surveyor was 11 days when I rang to get date 8 days later they had not started manufacture installation was 36 days after placing the order Installation team were good but support team very disappointing

Kinetico Infinity Softener fitted by Vickery Water Softeners of Fareham Hants. Kinetico apparatus is performing as expected but installation service by Vickery was exemplary
Sarah was absolutely brilliant. She fully explained our options, worked with our plumbers and kept great communication. Sarah went above and beyond to explain the benefits specifically to us and even went out of her way to look at our boiling tap to make sure everything would work as we needed. Steve was an excellent installer who also was happy to work with our plumbers and fully explain everything. The experience has been brilliant and fantastic value for money. I could not recommend them high
I've only score average on value for money as we have only just got the bed can't value it any higher or lower cause we haven't had it long enough .
Good quality material and went together well, the delivery did take a few attempts but altogether a good service :)
