Very pleased I bought this bed as I suffer with COPD only regret I should have bought one sooner
This lift was for my mum. It replaced a previous one. No complaints, very pleased with it. Service is second to none. Everything explained on what to expect. Even fitted a day earlier than arranged. Mum has got her independance back and as her carer, it has made my life so much easier. I can keep her in her own home, where she is happy
I've had a number of quotes and ppl come to my home..don't like the (I can't tell you the price as its all individually tailored to the customer rubbish)it's jus a ploy to get a salesman to your home..way too much for the average pensioner/handicapped person..over priced and pushy sales people.equals bad reputation and no sales.!.know what I'm talking about was a store manager.!
The lid cover on the machine does not work when the engineer install it. It can't show the usage of the salt. Until now it has not be replaced (for more than a month)
The item we ordered, on delivery was completely wrong. No apology from anyone in Management at all. Our suggested alternatives were declined & our money refunded - all contact through a Customer Service agent, with no compensation for the stress & upset caused. Definitely wouldn't recommend them!
Far too expensive a solution
We'd been thinking about this for a while due to the very hard water in Hampshire. Noticed the difference straight away. Washing smells fresher, no more descaling the taps, no more descaling the kettle etc, etc. Best decision we've made for years.
