This Company totally exceeded my expectations. They were recommended to me by a family friend. We needed a lift fitted within as an emergency. I explained the situation and they managed to survey, quote and fit within 7 days. They were compassionate and understanding. Their engineer was polite and efficient. Unfortunately my mum only got to use the lift for one week before she passed. They were again very compassionate and prompt at removing the lift as we had only rented it on a monthly

Delighted with my bed
The seat started getting stuck in recline position in the 13th month (after warranty finished at 12 months!).
The button diagrams on the remote control have rubbed off.
When it was delivered the box was ripped and dented and sure enough the chair was dirty when removed from the box but the company provided a replacement within a fortnight.
The fabric is good.
