Absolutely brilliant customer service, great company to deal with and very happy with my stair lift
My only disappointment was the promises made at the point of survey and sale (Installed between 5-7 days from the date of order) This did not happen. The date originally offered was to be 15 days after sale. I managed to bring forward to 10 working days. Don't promise something you can't always deliver.

Company needs better Management system and more consideration for clients
I was looking a potential house to buy and make an enquiry and the company kindly fitted in with our viewing time to discuss the stairlift. He was an excellent, compassionate, understanding gentleman and I wasn't feeling well at all and he sped up the appointment, efficiently and effectively to give me the information I required. I would definitely have gone with the company had I bought the house. Thank you....I would highly recommend.
I have had my chair for sixteen plus years. It works as well today as the day I bought it. I have never allowed children to play with it.
Help saving me money
If you live in an area that has bad reception with EE,& Vodafone, then I wouldn't recommend verisure,
