No problems as of yet
Harveys is expensive compared to other softeners. Salt is expensive as well.
Not really happy with It, had engineers 3 or 4 times, still a problem doesn’t come down smoothly, sometimes ok.. not particularly comfortable.
This will NEVER BE PRINTED. I have contacted Customer Service 7 time’s but to No avail.
CUSTOMER SERVICE lets the Chair down big time!
I telephoned Customer Service the day after the chair was derived. ALWAYS VERY POLITE.

This is a lovely bed but unfortunately not for me, as I have severe nerve sensitivity all along my spine and the bed does not agree with them. I was really disappointed that I couldn’t adapt to the bed and it had to be returned. It’s. Nobody’s fault it is just one of those things that can happen with a disabled person. The bed is being collected today and in someways I will be sorry that it was not for me......... Thanks Sue........
Unit was split when it was first installed. Communication not great.
Very knowledgeable sales man who was at pains to ensure this was what was needed. No forced sales pitch and follow up after delivery was surprising but very welcome. Would recommend this company.
