I wanted price comparisons from a number of stairlift providers before deciding on a particular one.
Stairlift comparisons offered an excellent service and this was followed up by a telephone call.
Once you showed interest in purchasing a stairlift you were bombarded with persistent phone calls from sales offices Whilst i am pleased with my equipment THE INSTALATION WAS RUSHED AS THE FITTER OBVIOUSLY WAS BEING PRESSED TO MOVE ON TO THE NEXT CUSTOMER. I WAS EXPLAINED THE WORKINGS of the equipment but in a very hurried way. I would have expected the sales team to make a follow-up call a day or so after the installation, AFTER NEARLY 4 WEEKS i AM STILL WAITING.
Waiting to find why the foot rest goes down with a bang! When sorted they're good. I just wish I had know a riser recliner needs to operate at least 15" from a wall. Cuts the size of the room down, when reclining and needs to stay that distance from the wall. Alright if you've a large room. My room is not large!
