Delivered quicker than they said. Customer service is great. My only grip would be the chair they bring out for you to try is a lot more comfortable than the one you get. Apparently it ha to wear in.

Very Expensive stair lift. Very slow. I can crawl up the stairs quicker because it keeps stopping both on the way up and down. Wish we had shopped around and not allowed ourselves to be bullied by sales rep

We bought the chair from what we thought was a reputable company alas we now know better. Let hope the BBC Mat Albright can help.

i would not recomend buying if vat relief disabled required not that helpful buying 2 riser recliners from this store as they look nicer than from a mobility they do not look like care home chairs
