I gave 4 for speed of service as the engineer who was due to install my water softener did not arrive. On phoning in the office was not aware and the engineer was off sick but hadn't let them know. This was speedily rectified and another engineer assigned for the next day. I am more than happy with my water softener - money well spent
Don't need live in carers
When we got the bed the service was good although only one of the men spoke English
We were told installation was 3-5 days it took 30days
Installer explained everything in detail and spent time answering all my questions
The help and advice that I received from both the sales person and the head office made the whole process of getting a stairlift very easy
