we have got one on order from OAK TREE MOBILITY, first class service, rang them and with in half an hour the sales man was on my door step this company build the chairs to meet your needs, not off the shelf, 6- 8 weeks for delivery.
I never got the opportunity to assess helping hands because I never had the opportunity because their managers never gave me the opportunity to assess them. It should have been straightforward to get the people concerned to give me an appointment to do their needs assessment of my needs. The chair was rubbish I brought blind thinking I'd got a good deal in the end it was rubbish motors burnt out after 2 years frightened me to death has all I saw was smoke coming out my chair and thought it was on fire but it wasn't thankfully. So please make sure you try before you buy don't buy blind like I did
