Has done wonders for my all round comfort. I suffer from a degenerative spinal condition which at times is extremely painful. The HSL chair gives me the comfort I have been looking for. Also, the company and staff in the showroom were excellent to deal with.

A problem with the leather arose in July 2022. It took 4 weeks to acknowledge and trying to get recompense is still ongoing, despite 3 year warranty. They involved the furniture and home improvement ombudsman saying that the matter had to go to them. They have delayed matters for months and do not reply to emails. Never deal with the Recliner factory

Awaiting an engineer to look at a few points on one of the chairs.
The stairlift arrived over 5 weeks late. I wrote a letter to the director re the late delivery. He failed to reply. (pure bad manners).
The installation was first class.
