I didn’t buy an adjustable bed, only the mattress and as I was wrongly informed by the salesman in the shop where I purchased the frame, the mattress does not fit so I now have to wait for a new one
Arrived set up with the help of delivery men all worked OK even when I had the controls
Ordered the bed told 4 week Delivery, still waiting 6 weeks later, now asked to call Ferminac the manufacturer as even Bensons can't get any information, wish we had never bought the bed, so disappointed. The wife is back in hospital which may have been prevented IF the bed had been delivered to time.

As soon as I asked for prices they refused to advise me of any and said that could only tell me that information if I hade a home demostration. I agreed and when they found that I lived in the far North of Scotland I was told that they could not help me even though they advertise that they deliver to all of the UK. That was it, they were just not interested in selling me an Adjustable bed.
