Kinetico took over Genus. My 10 year old water softener CA500 broke down, Kinetico's engineer John came over and quoted us £350 for repairs which we agreed with. Few days later James from sales at Head Office called and quoted us £395, when we challenged it James said he would honour the original quote from the engineer and made an appointment for repairs. Marvelous chair, Careco is worth checking out. The most expensive chairs only have better upholstery and a bit more padding but my chair on the inexpensive side has 2 silent motors and has the same recliner functions as the most expensive ones; so, why pay more
