Excellent says it all!
After four weeks we said we weren’t happy with the bed, we had changed from a super king to a king and gone from a Tempur mattress to two supplied by Willowbrook, when I informed them we weren’t happy and said we would like a replacement minus a super king mattress. They gave us a price of £3500.00 which in our opinion is taking advantage.
Is it possible for you to get them to improve the price.

It does what it is supposed to do, however it's not as comfortable as I had hoped. At it's full price I would have been terribly upset.
I enquired,clearly regarding a commercial lift for a shop.Sadley the only replies were for a domestic dwelling,total waste of my time and those who contacted me.
Not the fault of the fitters but the rail that came for the installation was covered in grease. They had to return to their depot and found that the entire stock was closed he same. A new rail was delivered from the factory and fitting was completed by mid evening on the he correct day. I felt sorry for the fitters who had a long day!
