Very quick process from initial enquiry to installation. Both the salesperson and fitter were polite and personable. Live in a hard water area, difference was immediate and substantial, no more kettle furring, no scum on surface of cup of tea, no more chalk stains on shower screen or tiles. Cut down drastically on all soap products.
Be warned, takes up both shelves on a 1000mm under sink space, I wasn’t explained about this on my demo, rang Harvey’s customer service 2 weeks ago about this issue and still waiting for there reply
