The saleman did not make it clear enough precisely where the chair would park. At both the top and the bottom, simply by extending the run by some 18 inches, the chair would park in a more convenient pisition. Instead, at installation it stopped in quite obtrusive places. At installation, i persuaded the engineer to extend the top by 18 inches. He was excellent. However i was forced to approach Accorn to sort the bottom end. They wanted to charge me another £780 on top of the £6000 already paid.
Absutley love the chair, it didn't cost the earth, has a Massage control, and also Heat, perfect. There was an issue with the Massage Control, but this was sorted promptly by the seller, many thanks.
Patmore Water Softeners was the only company that quoted, so i have nothing to compare with any other companies so I still haven't got anything yet.
