Chair is amazing but the insurance is a complete waste of time we needed a repair and they have avoided doing it
Very helpful at finding care for my dad whne I needed it most. The carer arrived on time, was efficient, gave my dad his medication as instructed, and , sleeping next door to dad, was attentative to his daily and night time needs. Dad was very happy with her and asked if she was coming back. This year I have a different carer as my original carer is busy. Overall, a good , pleasant company - and you can speak to the owner direct if you want to.
I have had my help from the NHS, who have been wonderful.
had issuses with the remote cable not long enough my wife had short arms so could not put it in the pocket provided in the side of the chair so kept dropping on the floor needed a longer cable apart from that it was fine.
Although this is a good product, and customer services were excellent, I am slightly dissapointed as the softener is installed in front of the stop cocks and are now quite difficult to access. Unfortunatly I still have to buy botted water for the kettle as I don't like the slight salty taste of the softened water, and the hard water 3 way divert tap will produce limescale within a week, which is one reason I purchased the softener. However the water is so soft when using shower etc and produces
The person who came to do the installation job was very professional. Did an excellent job. Quite happy with it so far.
despite raising the matter of my leg length with the salesman twice the chair was delivered with short leg length. not yet corrected
This request for my feedback just backs up all my problems with your company, you just don’t listen!! I haven’t had a lift fitted, I haven’t asked to have a lift fitted, I haven’t even asked for a quote. I made a very general enquiry about your services & I’ve been hounded ever since. 3 unsolicited phone calls where I repeated that my enquiry was general & asked not to be contacted again, EVERY TIME. Plus I’ve unsubscribed from your emails & I Still got this feedback survey request! Leave Me Alo
