Measuring and estimate was done very quickly and quote was very competitive . After I had paid a deposit the communication wasn't so good. I had to ring twice to get a date for installation, but fitters turned up on the day finally agreed on and installation was efficient and friendly.
You need to bargain hard with all these companies and if possible ensure you buy ahead of when it’s actually needed otherwise they will absolutely fleece you on price
As with all providers they consider your chairlift worthless once sold despite these machine being capable of multi year life with minimal service.
The whole industry needs to be investigated especially on sale back as I believe they operate as a cartel when it comes to removing machines that are perfectly good.

I love these people. We were sceptical about whether mum needed live-in care, and also whether she would like it. The carers have been amazing and the company so easy to work with. Nothing is too much trouble and mum is the happiest I have seen her for ages. They are also very good value for money compared to some of the other companies I looked at.
