Exceeded my expectations. Expertly fitted. Almost instant change in water quality. Silky on the skin. Reduced Eczema. Less rinse aid, salt, Bath cream. Be prepared for some filters to cake up first few days as the it strips the limescale from the system.
With this order I purchased a set of coffee tables which arrived with no screws, I reported this to SmS store manager in Stockport, still not received the screws , very poor service for the amount of money I laid out.
You get a 3 year warranty and when something goes wrong, they played new fruit going wrong and they wonid1878. T fix it Unless you pay an extortion amount of money to get it repaired, do not use this company

Stannah was chosen because of the design of their chair and the automatic lifting rail to accommodate a doorway
Assessment visit went well, options clearly outlined, prices clear. Timescale clear and short from first contact to installation. Installation was as indicated: electricals and stairlift fitting all within a few hours. Instruction for use given on site.
This was a reused Stannah lift and in good condition, good value so far.
One snag we've hit. It was not indicated that there may be a difficulty for users mounting the seat at the top of the stairs and I had not given this any consideration un
