phoned about fault and wanting a service eng. came spent five minute said okay charged £125. fault back next day phoned another eng fitted new batteries charged another £125 After complaining the stopped call out charge but charged way over the odds for the batteries
I would recommend Acorn to anyone considering having a stairlift fitted. First rate in every respect and very prompt service, just what you want when under stress and wanting to care for your partner.
We bought through agent, D4S bathroom supplies. But afteer installation, we got limited attention, a bit disappointed.
The most pleasant and helpful person I’ve met for a long time. He was very helpful and caring and he explained how to use the bed. And he also took all of the rubbish off my premises. And so very polite to me.
Most of these type of chairs are so big and ugly but this is quite compact and neat. Good to be able to literally put my feet up after a very hectic Christmas
