Our installation was on 29th Dec. Since then we are happy with the softener. Prior to the installation we had a demo which Daniel explained everything in detail. Customer service found bit busy but they have sorted all my queries and delivery details.
Issue with first one but excellent service responded promptly even during the Christmas and new year holidays with replacement delivered quickly and faulty item collected. One minor comment would be nice to have more colours like white and light gray perhaps

After I initial teething problems, all resolved satisfactory, good product.
Lift sometimes stops at bottom Charging station. Also sometimes going down. The gear strip on bottom folding section seems to be to far apart apart from the main section. At this point the chair seems to jump a gear & cause a bump in the travel.
The representative was told we would be away on certain dates and said it wouldn't be a problem, however, they tried to deliver while we were away and then rang the day after return to say they were going to deliver it the next day. No way as this was within the dates we gave. Annoyed!!
STAIRLIFT IN COMPARISON TO PREIOUS OWNED STRAIGHT LIFT WS NOISY AND SLOW. NEW LIFT HAD TO TAKE TWO BENDS AND ALTHOUGH VISITED BY ENGINEERS THEY COULD NOT ALLEVIATE THE NOISE AND SLOWNESS
