Generally, excellent. Customer service, survey and no hard sell. Product looked high quality. Cannot fault the company. Just decided that it wasn't the right time to buy a new stairlift and hired one for a year instead. Couldn't , therefore comment on value for money.

It was old fashioned looking and then broke down the very next day. I had it removed and refunded. I contacted TK Home Solutions who came within a few days and fitted a stairlift which looked modern, solid and was smooth running. from start to finish the ser
