Brilliant company, very efficient, the site visit happened on the Tuesday evening, the whole system was up and running on the Thursday morning. Quality piece of kit, price soooo much lower than I had anticipated, 5 star service.

Unfortunately the water softener fitted which was fitted on a Friday afternoon was faulty and had a leak. They were informed of this fact and the matter was rectified. No problem with the replacement unit.
ive marked all as poor for simple reason customer services once i had shown intrest in a stair lift (and i dont know how i only inquired to 2 companys) i was over run with calls texts emails etc phone calls as early as 7.45am this went on for weeks after talking to someone called tim that my mother had a stroke the night before and i was at hospitail i will get back to you once things had calmed down no 3 more calls 5 text and at least 2 emails that very same day from the number tim had called f
It does what it says on the tin. Massage and heating excellent. Would recommend.
