Very expensive - fake discounts

Everything was very good. I think their after care service could be improved. Overall it was a good experience & am very happy with the product!
John installed everything really quickly and provided a quality service

Colour wasn't what I expected ,my fault I suppose should have asked for more detailed examples
The single curved track is aesthetically pleasing with a subtle low box profile, when compared to alternative single or dual tubular rail systems.
Thought I ordered a mattress but was not made clear it was a separate item. Had to order separately from amazon.
Really pleased with the Stairlift, but was disappointed with Acorn when they rang about the extended warranty, it felt like pressure selling and I was to get a £50 discount if I signed up for the warranty, it really felt like pressure sales and I thought that had been stopped.
