Having issues trying to get someone to look at the lift after installation when its making loud clunking noise as track has split at the join and I seem to have been ignored for 5 days to get anyone ringing back other than that really good

The beeping is annoying .
After only a few months of use, an engineer had to be called out to repair the stairlift. It needed a part replaced (plastic cog wheel in the motor). It does make me wonder how long it will last this time.
I bought Rev2 the when going up on very top start bamping. I did penny adjustments when I m going down top truck is good but bottom truck start bamping. I called many times to costumer service they promised to fix it. 3 weeks now response
