The new chairs one for me and the other for my partner ordered were delivered in 3 days using a prompt and courteous delivery service.
The chairs ordered are comfortable and well built and function perfectly we could not wish for more from a reasonbly priced well made rise and recline chair.
I bought the product thro Screwfix (to save money) and installed it myself (the site visit seemed pointless - and I suspect is just to avoid insurance claims on flooding). The build quality is OK but not great (the display PCB is difficult to read in dim light and when it fell off (!) it was not obvious how to reconnect ti). However I am pleased with the soft water.
