Although i could have went with well known companies I came across them on Facebook their prices were a bit more expensive but I was very pleased with the quality and the service was excellent

Customers should be made aware that VAT is not applicable for personal use in the home, as I was asked to sign to say it wasn’t, but it hadn’t ever been mentioned before.

Poor scores due to major problems getting my VAT disability exemption form.
Ensure you get that sorted BEFORE paying
Lengthy discussions to have my disability Vat exemption accepted despite the numerous emails back and forth. Refused to send hard copy of exemption form.
Eventually I had to write out the exception form photo then sent with email.
If you are exempt ensure that you get the exception accepted prior to purchase
