comments list. I bought my scooter and am extremely pleased
with it. It is a very solid machine, with 4 wheels and lithium
battery and solid wheels. Have already recommended it to several people in the village/
poor customer relations
The installation was very efficiently carried out by pleasant gentleman who told me he lived in Yorkshire - a long way away
Everybody I had contact with before the lift was put in was most helpful.
After minor scheduling glitch all went well. The lift is more than we expected and is simple to use. My wife (whos knees are crippled somewhat) loves the lift and wonders how we got along without it.
Not everything was fully explained when I ordered, thee was confusion over width of my bed and I finished up with the wrong size. I now have the right size but not the style I ordered, so for the full price of almost just £4000 I have an inferior bed that I an not do any more about. They also got the mattress size and firmness wrong several times. The whole experience was most disappointing. As a pensioner om state pension I feel I hve been ripped off and treated very badly. Better communication was needed with the Joiner who did the stairs infill. Needs to be much better.
