Communication is a massive problem with this company. They basically don’t communicate unless you chase them. Been fitted for a month and still haven’t received a warranty document which has been chased on numerous occasions. Disappointing therefore wouldn’t recommend,

Took us a couple of months to get positions correct for our disabilities. A few issues with this kind of bed that is not a normal bed for example bedding.
Overall happy with it and the massage is great once you know how to use it.
