After completing your quote checker questionnaire, Verisure went on to call me constantly! I had to block approx 10 different mobile numbers which they then moved on to the next number. In all; they must have rung me 50+ times over 2 weeks! Not what I was expecting when I asked for a quote!

My new Harvey softener appears to be well engineered but what Harvey don't tell you is that they have shaped the salt block receiver such that it will only receive their shaped salt blocks. Very sneaky! The machine consumes rather more salt than my previous Kinetico Model. The installer was very pleasant and seemed competent but I need a third visit to sort out a minor leak.
