Only had the softener fitted recently. So far working well.
Only put 4 for speed of service because they didn’t have the size I wanted in stock so had to wait a month otherwise the speed of service was excellent. It uses tablet salt which is cheaper than block. Pleased with it.
Delivery was quoted as 14 days, but was actually 17 days, hence the lower score for speed of service. Installer was quoted to arrive between 8.30 and 9.30, this he did and installation was completed within three hours. Brilliant job ??.

There were some issues with the completion date and time. However, we were kept updated, and he went out of his way to make sure it got fitted the following day. Once fitted we were very pleased with the outcome.

The mattress is a bit firmer than I expected. I did try the sample when the sales person visited. It was definitely softer.
