A very good service provided by all the people I came in to contact with at Homelife. From the initial conversation to meeting the Homelife representative who came and talked about the stairlift and how it would change the life of those using it and then the stairlift fitter who was very nice and informative.
its magical. I can leave the house whenever I want. Its attractive, not taking up a lot of space, very reliable, altogether, I love it.

The customer service manager, Dominic, was the rudest person I have ever come across. I bought the rise recliner online. There was no way I could check the fabric or the quality of the chair. The rise recliner was for a disabled person. The fabric was coarse and itchy the solution from the manger was to consult a dermatologist. Returned item as it was not good for us.
