Comfortable and suits my purpose
Expensive. Didnt tell me bed had to be assembled on site in bedroom not great 2 men in and out
Need to turn off the flashing light to the codes. Annoying to bright and can cause headaches to some people
First class service my parents had one many years ago nothing changed very helpful though out fitted with in a few days and which was very nice no pressure at all from the sales people

Although the bed did not meet our needs, the beds are well-made, although a little pricy.
If these beds fit your needs, then they are worth every penny.

I phoned on Friday Mike came out Saturday he went above and beyond to get stairlift installed ASAP brilliant service was installed Tuesday couldn’t of asked for more
Minor issues on installation but overall a good service. Straight stairlift has to stop part of the way up and down to reset after passing charging point which is a minor inconvenience.
