Water softener being installed on 29 August 2025, Had to work to get installation on this date, problems with installation of new bathroom/shower room in September, Previous customer of Kinetico, served me well in old house, where I lived for 40+ years.
No service at all after the sale
they gave me av faulty machine and took them 6 months to correct it

Batteries failed within 8 months of buying reconditioned stairlift. Several visits by mech. to ajust noisy joints on rail.
left me without service for over a week after a recent visit that could not be rectified,then charged me£120 call out
