Every one involved with the first phone call I made to get a ring back within 2 hrs on a Sunday afternoon.The rep came on Monday to measure the stairs up .Then we had to wait for the stairlift to arrive which only took a few days and the fitting lasted approx 2 hrs and then the fitter talked us all through what we had to do.
Paul was very good indeed fitted it in very happy with stairlift 5 star .Great marvllous well Done to all the staff at starlift company .Many Thanks From Jean Neale

We chose local service, also bought two lifts, one to go upstairs and one for downstairs.
Very polite and clean worker. Place was spotless after installation. His patience with my mother really helped her understand the operation of her chair.

Problems with the initial fitting were resolved within the contract cancellation period, the user is entirely satisfied with the installation as it is now.
Took a little while to attend to the issue but was excellent when he arrived and fixed the problem quickly
