Arthur was pleasant and very good at explaining all the features and operation of the equipment. I was very pleased at how quickly they were able to install it.
Would not have any concerns if they would answer the phone mobile or landlines
Don't know what will happen if we get any problems with the system apart from that good set of lads very clean and clean

They offer stairlifts that are reconditioned and brand new. They buy them back too.
Would have been helpful if the salesman would told me that I could purchased an automatic seat turner and also an auto lift for the extension at the bottom of the track! I find this very hard with my back and leg problems. How was I to know about these things until I read the manual after the installation of the two lifts???Is there anyway they can be added now????
