From the first contact by phone to meeting Oliver their representative they exceeded the imposed short time scale and had the stair lift fitted 48 hours after my initial phone call.

I had to find my own installer and then request the engineer from company to come and help commission the softener. It would have been better if company provided the installation as well.
The delivery was delayed and not as promised and I had to make a phone call. Ultimately they provided the softener on my phone call immediately.
Customer service waiting period on calls is too much
The workmen were meticulous in preparing and fitting the lift. The back up team were v good too
