The only reason I've given a 3 for "Met your expectations" is because I'm still waith the 6 weeks so as to install the softner cartridge. At the moment just running system through the filter side.
Chair is not suitable for people of small stature and short arms and legs. Does bring the chair user to a standing position. Light was unsuitable,cannot reach side pockets nor usb . Seat too firm so uncomfortable.Purchase a cushion to sit on.
It would have better if a chair had been brought to use as a template and then measurement taken for provision of a more suitable chair. However I cannot fault their response regarding a repair.

I found it extremely short from front to back and believe they sent a small rather than standard medium size. People need to try several chairs first. The button take a long time to get used to. The foot rest is short and my feet hand over the edge. I am only 5.5 inches and weigh 10 stone.
I would definitely try a chair before purchasing next time. The delivery was too prescriptive not as flexible as I was told when I ordered. I received it on week 10 although they said 5 to 7 weeks. The arms

Halton stair lifts fitted a reconditioned stair lift. They were efficient, quick, polite & left no mess.
Unfortunately, the person died before it could be used. I spoke to Neil from Halton stair lifts who was very understanding & agreed to take it back. Neil offered a percentage of the cost to take it back, which seems to be common practice with stair lifts.
