I’d avoid this company like the plague! Shocking service and very poor communication
Even though the stairs are too narrow to fit a lift the service was very professional
Everyone from the lady who rang us to arrange the survey to the fitter were very help full & looked after us well. From start to finish took just over a week! Very happy with our new aid to easy living.

Variable standard of care . Timetable driven. My wife isnot the easiest. More training needed in dealing with difficult customers.At times I was left to clear up situations. Carers should interact more with relatives
Needs a better way of scheduling appointments and services. The current log a request and we will get back to you is too slow.
My app still not working it was installed a month ago today I'm not happy
Initial installation was a mess, but the engineer sent out sorted out the (several) problems. Had to invoke the cancellation clause to get a fully functional product. I have a strong distaste for being bullshitted, and that's what happened with the first engineer- totally unsuitable set up for the user.
Now totally satisfied with the product.
