We unfortunately couldn’t proceed with the order but Acorn were really excellent and returned our deposit. I would recommend them to anyone needing the understanding care they gave us.

CAME TO REMOVE A STAIRLIFT NO LONGER NEEDED
I am quite happy so far. It has been a month since it was installed. No issues. very good.
Now that I have my stairlift installed I am very happy with it. I no longer struggle getting up and down stairs.
I did have an issue regarding installation as it was not fitted on the planned day due to the engineer going sick. This was a major inconvenience for me as currently I am attending a lot of hospital appointments for myself and my husband. Eventually I had to agree to it being installed on a Saturday.
It’s bulky and too many buttons. Also costly
None of your people bothered to contact me regarding a bed I was just ignored
Those that did contact me left it so long I’d already bought on from another seller
So that doesn’t say much in your favour does it
