This replaced the water softener we had for 13 years and bought the same model again, as so pleased with it, the delivery was very quick as well.

Expensive rubbish

Great sales team, knowledgeable, helpful and understanding.

We were never contacted us after our enquiry.

The rep was very nice, gave us all the info, took measurements etc and left with our deposit. Unfortuneately the lift does not meet our needs, is too large for the stair, it stops automatically after the second stair, the controls are not as we had agreed and the runner bolted to the carpet is at an angle.
