I did not use Kinetico, I ordered my water softener direct through West of England Water Softeners whose service was excellent.
there was hard sales presure and not informed how expensive the maintenence is
Excellent from start to finish good communication , fast fitting very pleasant people to deal with did everything they said they would and price was reasonable , so far quality of stairlift is excellent , would recommend Acorn to anyone thinking of installing stairlift

Fast & Efficient job well done
I have contacted Harvey’s water for my problem and the customer service promised to contact back and even finds me on review platform but nothing changed! My filter was not what I planned to have and sales persons got delayed information. And this claim has not been attended.
The installer was terrible, in fact, I was frightened by him, If I need service, I will ask to be assured that he will not be sent to our home.
