Totally bombarded with firms chasing business after completing your online form
I given to understand l was getting a new stair lift but what was fitted was a reconditioned stair lift. The My Mobility salesman Simon was not pushy but also not transparent. He for example asked what colour l wanted leading me to believe that l had a choice. In fact the stair lift actually only comes in beige. The fitting company however we're very good and came back very quickly when the stair lift didn't work later that day. Disappointed, however really benefiting from the 2nd hand lif
Senior stairlifts are awful made me wait ages was always chasing them then they delivered damaged chair so had to get replacement too ages when they originally put it in because we had under floor heating.g the engineer was going to super glue the frame to the floor

Fantastic service finally got mum to have a stairlift called on Wednesday a fantastic salesman came out the same day he explained everything with no pressure at all I did cheeky can we have it a bit cheaper the answer was the price is what we offer which I must admit was a good price anyway it was fitted Thursday the next day she has had it now for 3 months and is over the moon with it from start to finish in less than 24 hours what a fantastic service well done acorn I would definitely recom
