Very disappointed with the quality, looks flimsy and not fit for purpose, as a metal support/moving part snapped on the very first time I tried to use the bed. I was told there was three options for the firmness of the mattress soft, medium and firm but was told today there was not, Mattress comfort was controlled by altering something under the mattress which when my so and myself looked we couldn't see how. So I an not at all happy and it's only day one
