The only concern I have is that the shop assured me that the headboard I had from my previous non adjustable bed would be suitable for my new adjustable bed. I received my bed and the delivery men told me that the headboard couldn’t be used. The shop therefore fell below my expectations and now I need to spend hundreds of pounds to buy a product I was told i didn’t require

Individual care varied. My wofe is a difficult patient. More training needef for varers faced with cliemts who do mot conform.
