Only asked a simple question & wish I hadn't bothered. The amount of calls emails texting was awful they just wouldn't stop. I just wanted a brochure to have a look through but unfortunately you need to leave all your details. They also wanted to make an appointment for a rep to call in as he just happened to be in the area that day. Very very pushy with sales which must put people off. Went elsewhere to purchase what I wanted.
Quite a good riser, recliner chair, does what I needed and a very good price.
The staff in Bristol were excellent.
Halfway up the stairs there is a jolt. The installer said that there were two running bars because they the stairs were too long for one.
